If you are a mom, daughter, sister... basically any type of female... (even dads could learn a little something) you need to read this book by Dr. Robyn Silverman! It talks about the struggles girls have with weight and has so many inspiring (and some gross) stories. I can almost guarantee that, by the end, you will love your body and have so much more respect for yourself and others. Plus, the book is so ridiculously current and talks about all the things girls are really going through, from friends and boys to media and facebook, it covers all the bases.
